It's not a matter of letting customers cancel right away it's a matter of where the products are coming from. Best Buy wants their customers to have their items as quickly as possible and depending on where the item is coming from it may be too late to cancel. You can refuse the delivery or take the item to any Best Buy store if you can return in your area and receive a refund of the purchase.

Order stuck @ shipping location for 8 days now

I am constantly checking my order status and it says the info was sent to FedEx for pick up on February 8th, it has now been 8 days since the information was sent to them for pick up and yet there has been no progress at all. This was supposed to be a birthday present for my son on the 15th. Sadly, he is still waiting for it. It would be really nice if the shipping facility and FedEx could get their act together and get things moving here.

Late delivery

Hello,

I am asking for help about my order. I had purchased a Dell xps 13 on 2/13/2021, and I paid the extra fee for fast shipping but the item hasn’t arrive on the estimate date. The estimated date for arrival was 2/17, but didn’t get anything. Is there anyway that I can get refund for the fast shipping?

OFFTrac false refusal of delivery.

I was supposed to receive my package during the weekends. Instead of actually attempting to deliver it to my home, OffTrac falsely flagged the package with "The recipient refused the delivery." Since I already paid for the items and I believe the package, that's still in transit, will go back to Bestbuy anyways, can I just do a store pickup instead?

Ordered New S21 ultra still have not received

So I ordered the new S21 Ultra back on February 6th from the best buy online store seeing that they did not have any in store. The reason I was told they didn't have any in store is because corporate decided to recall the phones back to be distributed for online orders seeing that they were selling faster. Which makes no sense why they would send all their in store phones back when theres people like myself that works rather just go in and pick it up that day.

Anyways, I ordered the phone seeing the website said it would be here that Friday with a possibility of delay due to covid-19 what ever. Places the order and edits to Friday still not ready by closing time of the store. I get a email stating that the phone is delayed now and we will update you when it is ready for pickup. Leaving me with no status of where it is what's going or a possible new pickup date. I let it slide for a few days and still have not received any updates about it.

On the 17th of the sand money 11 days after ordering the phone I got a notification from my card that I needed to approve the purchase of the phone which I did but thought I have already on the original order date. Yet still have no update via email or my best buy account so I called customer service. They had no more information for me about where the phones could be out when they would be available. This is quite iterrtating seeing that any other store with send you constant emails about your order as it goes through it's paces. And seeing best buy is a tech store I'm disappointed they they are unable to provide this information as well.

So that the 18th of February I decided to post this and see if someone could figure it what in the world is going on with this order and why it's taking so long to come in.

This happened to me too. I understand there are weather delays, extenuating circumstances, etc. but I’m out $57.79.
Ordered: 2/14
Scheduled: 2/17
Current Date: 2/19
Expected: ? (Says to check tomorrow for updates.)

Anything we can do about that Best Buy? Maybe a gift card or something if you can’t refund the money?

Delayed package cancellation

I ordered a package and it was supposed to get here on Tuesday but it’s not Friday and it still says the package is delayed. How can I cancel this order?

Store Pickup Information

Hello,

 

I made an order for in-store pickup a couple of weeks ago. It was supposed to be picked up on Feb 13th, but it has been delayed because of the winter storm (I suppose), which is fine.

 

The problem is, the order will auto-cancel on Saturday and I don't want this to happen. I went to the my store last Saturday, they checked it and said the item still had not been shipped to the store yet.

 

Is there anyone, from support, in here who can check if the item has shipped to the store? That is all I want to know. I want to make sure the order is fulfilled before Saturday. Phone support was not of much help.

Best Buy Next Day Delivery

I ordered a case & apple pencil on Sunday night to be delivered the.next day. It did not arrive on Monday & I received two emails this morning (Tuesday) saying each item had now shipped. Each item has its own tracking number & the emails say I can get shipping details from the carrier. I entered the tracking number on UPS, USPS, & FedEz websitss, but they don't recognize the number. Could someone please advise who the carrier is?

Tracking number begins with BBY. (I double checked that the tracking number is different from the order number despite the same BBY beginning).

In store pickup/Ship to store?

So, I ordered two items. One is ready, and the other says ready for pickup by sunday as the estimated pickup day (it has to ship to the store) and the money I used for the second item suddenly returned to my account, and the transaction entirely disappeared from my bank account, but the item is still confirmed by the store and app that it will be ready for pickup on sunday. I wasn't notified of a refund or anything, and was wondering if it was normal for this to happen and if I would be charged when it's marked as ready for pickup?
