On 3/1 I was searching for Pixel Buds headphones and saw that there were some available about a half-hour way at a different location from my 'Home Store'.
However, I saw on the Pixel Buds product display page an offer for free next day shipping. Needing this for work quickly but recognizing that the free next this would save me about an hour or so in driving, I opted for the free next day shipping and completed my purchase (Order Number:{removed per forum guidelines}
Almost immediately after seeing my order confirmation email come through, I received an email saying my shipping was delayed. So instead of 3/2 I'm going to have to wait until 3//16. This 100% is as a bait and switch. You got me with the free next day shipping offer but were in no position to offer it based on what the chat rep was a 'weather issue'.
In speaking with the chat rep she said that she 'fixed' the order and that I should expect it on 3/4 but I've still not seen any order confirmation of this re-shipment as she told me that I would. As somone who works in a digital marketing channel with 'last mile' fulfillment vendors myself... this is a completely awful customer experience and will certainly make me think twice about ordering from you guys in the future. If TX is still in a bad way for shipping weeks after the winter storms you shold not be promoting next day shipping on your site. Period.

I placed an order on on3/1/2021 and paid expedited shipping ($11.99) with expected delivery date of 3/2/2021. Package was delayed until tomorrow.
Please refund the expedited shipping charges I paid for.

Is the package delayed on the carriers end or is the package delayed on Best Buy's end meaning it's an inventory issue. If it's the carrier, they are limiting claims right now due to weather conditions I think as they are disclaiming this on the appropriate carriers website.
Also, some orders for next day or same day have different delivery arrangements and if they can't fulfill your order I think a refund is in place. Otherwise for stuff like UPS and Fed Ex, some of these things are beyond their control right now.

While you wait for a mod , let's take a look at this. How is the package lost or stolen? Was it delivered to an address and reported as delivered but the recipient never got it? Could it have been delivered to another address? Suspected stolen?
Depending on the dollar amount a claim may need to be filed. Since it sounds like it's an expensive item this needs to be claim filed for sure.

Hi there! I received part of my order today but I cant use it until the PC I ordered comes. The tracking data says the item has been ready for pickup but has not moved and was supposed to be delivered today. My best buy order number is Number: {removed per forum guidelines}.
