Bait and Switch for Shipping Options

On 3/1 I was searching for Pixel Buds headphones and saw that there were some available about a half-hour way at a different location from my 'Home Store'.

 

However, I saw on the Pixel Buds product display page an offer for free next day shipping. Needing this for work quickly but recognizing that the free next this would save me about an hour or so in driving, I opted for the free next day shipping and completed my purchase (Order Number:{removed per forum guidelines}

 

Almost immediately after seeing my order confirmation email come through, I received an email saying my shipping was delayed. So instead of 3/2 I'm going to have to wait until 3//16. This 100% is as a bait and switch. You got me with the free next day shipping offer but were in no position to offer it based on what the chat rep was a 'weather issue'.

 

In speaking with the chat rep she said that she 'fixed' the order and that I should expect it on 3/4 but I've still not seen any order confirmation of this re-shipment as she told me that I would.  As somone who works in a digital marketing channel with 'last mile' fulfillment vendors myself... this is a completely awful customer experience and will certainly make me think twice about ordering from you guys in the future. If TX is still in a bad way for shipping weeks after the winter storms you shold not be promoting next day shipping on your site. Period.

Regarding Lost Package

Hi, I'd first like to state my frustrations with your support. It seems me and many others share the same opinion- it's garbage. I ordered a package as a gift, and it either did not arrive or was stolen. The only way to solve this is to call, apparently? However, it seems others have gotten yelled at on the phone over this, so ill politely pass.
I don't want my money back, I do not care for it. I just wish you could send a replacement without trouble. I don't expect perfection but when things like this happen time and time again with little support you begin to wonder if they care for the customer at all. I doubt i'd ever recommend best buy if they dont improve their services. Im frustrated ive had to go public, im frustrated theres no sign of my package, im frustrated you dont care. It wasn't cheap, either. Please respond with a support email, or anything close to that regard, so I can get this fixed. Thank you

Paid for Next Day Shipping, Order Delayed

 

I placed an order on on3/1/2021 and paid expedited shipping ($11.99) with expected delivery date of 3/2/2021. Package was delayed until tomorrow. 

 

Please refund the expedited shipping charges I paid for.

Is the package delayed on the carriers end or is the package delayed on Best Buy's end meaning it's an inventory issue. If it's the carrier, they are limiting claims right now due to weather conditions I think as they are disclaiming this on the appropriate carriers website.

 

Also, some orders for next day or same day have different delivery arrangements and if they can't fulfill your order I think a refund is in place. Otherwise for stuff like UPS and Fed Ex, some of these things are beyond their control right now.

While you wait for a mod , let's take a look at this. How is the package lost or stolen? Was it delivered to an address and reported as delivered but the recipient never got it? Could it have been delivered to another address? Suspected stolen?

 

Depending on the dollar amount a claim may need to be filed. Since it sounds like it's an expensive item this needs to be claim filed for sure.

Purchase order on feb 28

Hi , I have a order a oculus quest 2 from best buy on Feb 28 , and it told me it was going to deliver on march 2 , because it was ship on march 1 . I look on the usps look like they didn't pick up the package and I never got heard from them . I was wondering why is my package still not delivered to me ?

Late delivery & poor customer service

I ordered my phone on March 1 & was told it would be delivered to me the next day. It never arrived yesterday & as of today has not arrived yet. Had I known the phone would take more than 1 day to reach me, I would have went to my carrier and bought the phone. There was no incentive or sale purchasing the phone through best buy anyway. Your sales representative didn't bother to even explain my options & rushed through the entire process after taking 10 minutes to even assist us because no one was on the floor in that department. Never again!

Partial order delivery remainder in ready for pickup last 4 days

Hi there! I received part of my order today but I cant use it until the PC I ordered comes. The tracking data says the item has been ready for pickup but has not moved and was supposed to be delivered today. My best buy order number is Number: {removed per forum guidelines}. Customer Service being super rude and my order hasn’t been shipped

So basically on March 1st I ordered AirPods Pro max for my friend for his birthday and he lives in Washington so I had to ship them, I picked priority shipping and it still hasn’t shipped. We then called a Best Buy to ask if they can check the order for us so we can make sure everything is correct but this customer service lady was so rude. She always interrupted me, and she never gave me a chance to speak, when I asked for her manager she didn’t even let me finish my message and put me on hold. So at the end she said “we can’t tell you anything else about about this order” I asked her multiple times for the ware house and at least who is shipping it or what the carrier is but she claimed to not have known. So at that point because she kept on being rude and didn’t let me speak I asked her for her first name and worker identification. She refused to give me her worker identification after I asked her several times. She didn’t give me any information for the package at all and that she can’t help at all.
