I don't work for Best Buy but if its something fairly simple to figure out we can give ideas on why something is hapening with your order. Don't post order numbers here but give us a description of the order issue you are having.
The community just might be able to figure it out!

Hello,
I would like to know why my copy of Scott Pilgrim vs. the World [Includes Digital Copy] [4K Ultra HD Blu-ray/Blu-ray] 2010 hasn't been shipped yet? This item has been delayed for more than a week even though your website indicates that I can pick up at a nearby location.
It's also very frustating that I can't cancel my order via the website when it's been delayed so long. I can easily order it from Amazon right now for $19.99 and have it delivered by Saturday.
Either cancel my order or ship it but I want response today (7/15/2021).

have order a custom Macbook Pro from my local BestBuy and it ship on July 16th 2021
and i got a dhl tracking number in my email but when I talk to a agent there said it was shipping by the vendor I been trackign the DHL shipment and it said it arrived at the hub in cincimanati but address to them with 6 shipments together now when I go to track my order on the my bestbuy it says tracking unavaible but when i go to order staus this is the message I get Your order was shipped on 07/16/2021 via LTL1. LTL1 says that it will be delivered on 07/23/2021.
No problem with Friday but why would a macbook be ship using a freight carrier instead of something like Fedex? or is Bestbuy delivery to me? I chose ship to me i didn't chose ship to store

There are 10 of the item I ordered within driving distance from me yet my order is in limbo
Ordered on the 18th. Next day shipping.
"Delayed" for 4 days. Can't even pick the thing up. Told I need to buy a new one?

I placed an order on 7/20 for two items with Best Buy. I received an email on 7/21 telling me the items had shipped and would be delivered on 7/27. On Monday, 7/26, I checked my tracking and it said that the Label was created but the item showed that it had not shipped. I chatted with Best Buy and the agent assured me it would be delivered on time. Yesterday, 07/27, I noticed the tracking still said Label was Created so I called Best Buy customer service. The agent assured me that it could still be picked up and delivered on the same day. I was sure that would not happen and I was correct. I called back today, 07/28, and spoke with a representative who told me she could place a replacement order and that I would have to wait another week. I asked her for overnight shipping and she said there was no way that Best Buy could do that. I know that isn't true. Best Buy can ship anything overnight. They just don't want to pay for it. This is frustrating in that it is their problem and they don't want to take ownership of it.

I placed an order for multiple items from Best Buy and one of the items was supposed to be delivered today. However it was never delivered becaue the delivery person claimed they couldn't access the location. Now I don't know if this is true or not as they delivered early morning and I was not present at the time; I am simply going off what the tracking says. A missed delivery would normally be no problem, but due to not being able to deliver just this one single time, this person marked my order as returned and returned it for a refund.
Now in my account, this item is listed as "Return Received" and says "Your return made it back Today. Please allow up to 5 days for us to begin processing your refund." Naturally very alarmed at this entirely unauthorized and unwanted action, I promptly contacted Customer Support using the chat function and have spent quite a large part of my day on talking ot various reps and supposed supervisors only to receive no tangible help. Instead all I got was a bunch of people not caring and not wanting to even try to help as well as outright lying and reading from a script or simply telling me to wait, basically just wait and pray. Supposedly they have no ability to stop the return process nor the refund process nor to send a second delivery of this item nor rebill me for it.
I also couldn't help but notice during all this that the tracking number is proprietary to Best Buy meaning they didn't use an actual, reliable, or reputable shipping service, but instead did it themselves and likely just sent some random person, possibly even a store employee, maybe on their way to work, to deliver it. Meaning all of this is due to Best Buy decided to cheap out on shipping. I can not tell you how frustrated and angry I am regarding this whole situation or disappointed that your once good customer service is now entirely useless and a bunch of dishonest time wasters. I am also in complete disbelief that you could possibly have a policy as ridiculous as cancelling an item or even an entire order, if it were only a single shipment like most orders probably are, just because of a single missed delivery attempt.

I am so sad, Best Buy has gone the way of other companies. Customer service is just two words that mean nothing. It is a joke! My new air conditioner was delayed in shipping, the reason stated, "Unexpected Delays". How long, no word except up to 24 hours. So my plans for the next day are cancelled because Best Buy did not keep its word. So someone tell me, why shouldn't I have used Amazon? Really sad! ( order # {removed per forum guidelines})

The order number you posted did not sound like a regular order number as Best Buy's orders in the USA start with BBY. Are you sure you have the right company?
