Package stuck. EVGA - GeForce RTX 3090

Hi guys! Hope you're doing well. Please help me.

 

After so many tries of looking for a GPU for my work (I'm a 3D artist), I finally got fortunate at your store.

On March 12, I was one of the not many lucky ones who can order EVGA - GeForce RTX 3090. It was some kind of quiz.

 

I paid for it and started to wait. The package went from NY to CA. Everything was fine until it didn't reach the final warehouse of FedEx in CARSON (30 minutes away from my home). And it's stuck. I've called FedEx, but they can not explain what's going on and where my package is.

 

Please, can you participate, or can you send me a new one? I can pick it up in one of your stores in my area.

Delayed in store pickup question.

Hi, sorry if this has been a topic before. I am very saddened to hear my order has been delayed after waiting for over a week. I managed to purchase a very expensive PC on best buys website. I live in Alaska with I think only two Best Buy stores here. There’s not much of a variety left in the stores with the whole COVID thing and all. I’m actually just curious if my PC I purchased is still being transferred here? Or hasn’t yet? Is there also longer estimated times for items to be ready in Alaska, which I would probably think so. I am just really curious if the item I actually purchased is actually coming here and would like to a update on itSmiley Happy I hope I didn’t buy something and wait for a while for it to end up being cancelled. Delayed ASUS - ROG Zephyrus G14 Order

     I ordered a laptop from Best Buy on March 22nd, I was advertised FREE next day shipping and, was originally, very happy with my purchase. It is now March 27th and i have still not received my order. Not only was my order delayed, but it was delayed TWICE. I originally chatted with a live agent via chat, and my order's status was changed from delayed to  "getting ready". Then just recently, it was once again updated to delayed. If I had known how terrible the "free shipping" was going to be, I would have gladly paid for an upgraded shipping plan. Now live agents have been telling me thst it is too late for me to change the shipping plan of my order and the only thing I can do is wait. This is frustrating when the main incentive to buy from here was the so called FREE "Next Day Shipping". It feels almost fraudulent that I was offered this option, and now my package is estimated to arrive weeks after the original date. How could this even happen? Easily the worst experience I've ever had ordering anything online.

I've had issues with Fed Ex in the past and going onto their FB page and sending them a message seemed to get the attention of the supervisor of the local hub in my area, so the end result was I got my package after it being in limbo for many days. Have you tried their social media help? The phone usually is not too helpful for me. But Facebook is.

I'm trying to figure this out. Is this an item that told you "Get it for in store pickup by X Date" If yes, the item is either being shipped from one of Best Buy's warehouses or, it could be fulfilled by a local store.

 

Sometimes inventory levels rapidly change so you would be contacted if there is an extreme delay although it's not unusual for this to happen. There is a shortage of computer supplies and parts from what I read right now, so it's driving the prices up and some stores , well their inventory is affected.

 

You should wait here though for an official BBY response as they would be best to help solve this issue. Hope you get your item soon!

Preorder delayed

Hi, I preordered a banjo amiibo around last month and on release day the website said that it was delayed for shipping. Now when I looked at the item again it said that it was unavailable for shipping in my area but when I preordered it it said that it was able to ship. I just really need to make sure that this ships because I really don't have any time to pick it up right now between work and other complications. I just want to know why it has berm delayed and hasn't shipped. Thanks

Late Delivery

My phone was supposed to be here Wednesday it is now Sunday and I have yet to recieve it. I had two day delivery with my order, so of course I made arrangements and stayed home that day expecting my phone to arrive and to my surprise it didn't! I contacted UPS and they said it had not even reached their warehouse yet and to contact the sender! I would like to know what is the hold up? Thank you for your time.

Xbox series s order delay

Ordered a xbox series s and was supposed to pick it up yesterday but got a order delay email. Now best buy can't tell me when I will be able to pick up my order. I payed for a product and did not receive it.

When an order with a pickup date is delayed, this is almost always due to a shipping delay.  In a lot of instances, this will catch up and update within a few days.  Items in transit will be updated by carrier information, and when that data is up in the air your pickup date is as well.  

 

You can always cancel your pre-order and the final charge will never hit.  In that instance, the pre-authorization will fall off shortly and you can walk away with no loss.

When do Orders get picked up by Shipping Carriers?

I recently made a purchase on a Gaming PC and wanted to know how long it will take to get picked up by shipping carrier at the wasrehouse?
