Shipping Intercept



I recently caught an order that was heading to the wrong address and was able to get it shipped to the correct address after talking to support on the phone.


However, when I check my orders I now have two shipments, the original order to the wrong address and a second shipment to the correct address (marked as $0.00). On the second shipment my estimated delivery is now 9/4. compared to the original estimate of Monday, 8/17 Is that normal for an intercept or simply a glitch? The same product online has a much faster delivery estimate.


My order is a bit time sensitive, so if the 9/4 is correct I would rather cancel and do a proper order. I can also provide a case number. Any advice or ancedotes are appreciated.
