I pre-ordered on November 15 with an arrival date of November 23rd. The item never updated from "In Progress." I went to the store today (you guys were doing a great job holding it down during Black Friday, p.s.) and a customer service person informed me that it looked like the place I was supposed to receive my Switch from didn't have any more.
I'm really hoping to have it arrive, even if it's late, and was wondering if anyone could offer more help or information.
I had the opportunity to purchase this item at the Nintendo store on the 16th of November, but decided against it since I had already preordered from Best Buy.
