I preordered the galaxy S10 and it was out for delivery on March 8th. UPS mysteriously "lost" my package when it was out for delivery and my phone had been reshipped. I received an email last night stating that there is a shipping delay and it stated a 30 day window. This is frustrating considering that I have looked on the website today and the phone is in stock online and in actual stores. Why is my order delayed?

Having an order lost in shipment and then the reshipment delayed is understandably frustrating. We'd be happy to check the status of your order if you send us a private message with your order number, phone number, full name, and email.
