Shipping Delay

I ordered a MSI X370 Gaming Pro Carbon AM4 motherboard on 10/28/17 in store. I was told I would receive my order on 11/06/17. I received a email stating that my order was delayed and the new shipping date would be 12/05/17. I am not able to wait a month just for this item. In the email it says that I have options if I am not able to wait that long and I may cancel the order if I wish. I would like to cancel this order but I have not been able to do so which I don’t understand.

Welcome to our Forums and thank you for reaching out to us regarding your order. I am sorry to hear that your order has been delayed, I can absolutely understand how frustrating it can be when something gets delayed by such a long time. I am more than happy to help take a look in to this to see how I can assist you. 

 

Using the email address associated with your order I was able to find this order. At this time it looks like we are waiting for it it enter our inventory before we can send it out to you. I do not have an estimate on when that will be. I see that you placed this order in store, if you would like to cancel it I would recommend returning to the store where you made the purchase so they can further assist you.
