Shipping Delay????

Hi, so l ordered a Mac Book Pro in store yesterday 3/27 for next day shipping 3/28 because they did not have any in stock inside the store. Through out the day I checked the status of delivery and it kept saying in progress. Later that night I recieved an email stating my order would be delayed and if it doesn’t arrive by 4/26 then they will cancel it. I am very upset to hear that it can take an additional 30 days when I expected to recieve my laptop today!! I still don’t have any updates this morning on when it will be shipped. Is there a way for me to check another location for in store pick up? I would have not agreed to next day delivery if I knew I’d have to wait anyway. It is very important that I get this laptop in a timely manner.

Thank you for contacting us through the Forums for support. I'm sure you're anxious to receive your MacBook Pro, and I'd be looking for answers as well if it hasn't arrived yet after choosing next day delivery.


I know receiving a shipping delay email must have been alarming, and I'm sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. It might be too early to tell for certain, but this may have been one of our automated messages when things are delayed slightly. That being said, I'd like the chance to look further into your order and see what might be going on.
