I ordered Aquaman 4k on Monday, along with a couple of other items. One item was delivered, one is in transit, then this morning I get an email that Aquaman is subject to a shipping delay, and it'll be shipped by May 4th or cancelled. This makes no sense as the item is listed as in stock both online and at local stores and, in fact, if I were to order it now it says it'll be delivered by Monday. What's even more ludicrous is that I cannot change my order to store pickup, or simply outright cancel it (which I would prefer at this point as the "auto cancel" date is a date after a planned move). While I know the response will be that May 4th is simply a placeholder deadline, it's anticipated the order will be fulfilled sooner, blah blah blah, it is completely asinine that I can't simply cancel the item. What makes all of this even worse, is that the email I received specifically told me that I could change or cancel the order.
What can I do to get this item cancelled?
