I purchased an SD card from bestbuy.ca and it said it was in stock and sold and shipped by BestBuy. After the purchase, I get an email that it will be delayed. Fine. But a week after BestBuy created a shipping label but never shipped it on April 19. Today, at the end of the month, it's still the same situation. The tracking information still shows that only the shipping label has been created but the item hasn't even been picked up from the BestBuy warehouse.
Every rep I've spoken to says either lies and claims the package is already in transit (it's strange because using the tracking number BestBuy gave me shows only the label has been created) and they claim they can't refund me because it's already been shipped. This is another lie, am I really supposed to believe they cannot cancel a shipment which hasn't been picked up from the BestBuy warehouse?
I will be going through PayPal and my credit card company to start a chargeback - the point is this is a warning to other buyers. I can't prove it but I doubt BestBuy even has my order in stock.
