Shipment Delayed Error for a year now.

So calling customer suport was useless several times in the past year. Can anybody help me mark an item as "delivered". Under Bestbuy.com / Purchases; I have a item I purchase on 9-11-2017 that has been stuck with a "Shipment Delayed". I have recieved it a long time ago already and dispiate what bestbuy reps say; Its not on my end. My bestbuy App, Phone, Laptop, Computer and several different browsers still show it as delayed so clearing "cookies" will not resolve it.

despite*. For more info; its not mark as "Delivered" so the system has it pinned on top of my Purchase page and has been there since. All my other pending orders/preorders are underneath it. Its not that big of a deal which is why I was hoping it will disappear after a year but I would like to stop seeing it.

Welcome back to the Best Buy Community forums.  I’m sorry to hear that the old order is still stuck at the top of your order list.


We are aware of this issue affecting a few accounts, and we’re looking into a fix. We don’t have an estimated time for a resolution, however. My best advice is to just keep hanging on, and hopefully we’ll find a solution to get this fixed.
