Shameful

Best Buy did not ship the product that was advertised and paid for and refuse to correct this issue. I spent hours on the phone and they keep hanging up, deleting posts etc

Your posts are being removed, because you are posting the same thing essentially on other forums which is prohibited on the forums and can be considered spam. When you signed up for the forums and used them you agreed to the terms of service.

Actually that’s also untrue... While the issue is “the same” (false advertisement) the body of the posts were not the same and impossible to be misconstrued as spam... additionally, you have elected to address the primary issue by replying to one that is irrelevant- how about addressing the false advertisement

Hockeycanuckjc is providing accurate information.  If they pertain to not shipping the item referred to in this post, then varying the text is not enough to warrant a separate thread.  As such, it IS considered spam and that is why it was removed. The time spent cleaning up those posts is time taken away from not only answering your post, but will also slow down responses to everyone who came to these forums to get assistance.

 

As for what's going on with your order, you'll need a moderator to access your order and check out what is going on.  There is obviously some issue with your order which prevented it from being shipped, but I'm not so quick to jump to any conclusions.  Currently, there is a 7-8 day response time here as the moderators assist the customers who are ahead of you.  This is noted in the announcement on the main forum page as well as the login screen when you sign in.

Then you shouldn’t be responding at all... furthermore, your opening statement is also FALSE! You did not read either post that was deleted so you don’t know what you’re talking about. I made 1 post... which was deleted the next day. I did not make multiple post about the same thing at the same time so don’t bother replying because you don’t know what you’re talking about... you’re adding further frustration to an issue that doesn’t concern you because as you stated you are “not an employee of corporate”, you do not have said identifiers on your title therefore you are not qualified to address me or my concern so please don’t try... bother someone else

Based on this statement, I provided the details on how they handle such posts.  If this quote was not correct, and your post was removed, then it would have been do to violating one of the other rules.  Regardless of the reason for removal, I can assure you that it was for cause and not simply "deleted" as you mentioned in the opening post for this thread.  After the moderators reach your post, perhaps they can give you insight as to what rule you broke.

 

This is a community forum and everyone is encouraged to participate.  We provide answers on things that are policy questions (post removals, price matches, etc.) because we are well-versed and experienced.  You would be surprised at how many times the same questions come up.  You're right, I do not work at corporate.  That is the reason I mentioned you needed one of them to look at your order and that from the announcement it will take 7-8 days to reach your post.

Yet here you are again... an unqualified person, giving an unqualified reply, when your unqualified response is both unwanted and unwarranted... please go away little one, I don’t care to read your input as it does not result in resolve and appears to be just gibberish and very much irrelevant... you cannot correct this issue so please stop harassing me and move along

Ok, maybe calling it spam is not entirely correct, but most professional forums have rules that prohibit cross and double posting, that might have been the case. I don't see any of your previous posts, so I of course I don't know what was in them and why they were removed.

 

In your first post in this thread, you said Best Buy did not ship a product you paid for. Can you share any more details? (if you actually want anyone to try to help here...) Did they cancel the order? It is being delayed? What happened?

I find it very disheartening that I have received all these replies from people that are not in a position to change anything and not a single reply from anyone “corporate” who benefits from every complaint that I’ve read on this forum.
While your approach is very much different from previous responses... you wouldn’t be able to resolve anything either however I’ll bite but I won’t continue to engage in semantics.
I ordered a product and was sent something else, I called and was first told that a return label & replacement would be sent , which was a suitable resolve. He returned and told me that the item was out of stock and transferred me to someone else, that person put me on hold for 2 hrs in total silence and then disconnected the call. I called the next day, placed on hold and disconnected again... so please spare me the responses from ANYONE who are not corporate. Respectfully... I do not wish to go back and forth with anyone that does not have the ability to correct this.

Thanks... and I have. This entire thread has largely been about my post being spam... didn’t need any advice pertaining to that as it’s irrelevant and definitely not helpful. Just gibberish. Anyone else that feels the need to “advise” me on spam, community interactions, etc.... just don’t; someone else might appreciate answers to nothing but I do not wish to continue reading or replying to these paragraphs that are meaningless... thanks in advance
