Trade in lost in transit. Best Buy not responding.

My stand alone trade in has been lost in transit and Best Buy is not responding. I have emailed onlinetradein@bestbuy.com multiple and haven’t received any response. When I call customer service they are unable to locate the trade in because I don’t have an order number attached to the trade in. I only have a trade in number.
