We appreciate you choosing and trusting our Geek Squad to upgrade your car tech. Getting those upgrades is exciting, and I can certainly understand wanting to make sure that you can view it under your My Best Buy account. You should be able to view that through your My Best Buy account by signing in, navigating to the "Support" tab, then the "Service History" tab. From there, you can view your service, change your appointment, or even cancel it if needed. Please be sure that you are signed into the My Best Buy account that is associated with the services, based on the information that was given at checkout. If you were still not locating it, please let me know!

Were your services originally scheduled through the website, or through your local store? Do you happen to remember if you checked out as a guest?
