Scheduled car installation not showing online

Hello! So five days ago I ordered an installation for my husband for his car. It's scheduled for 9/20/19 and was about 500$. We received an email confirmation and everything looked good. I was just on our account and he has no purchase history and no scheduled appointments at all. This is troubling because we were most definitely charged. Is it common for the website to not show stuff sometimes? I really hope it's all still there. Any help would be very much appreciated. Thank you.

We appreciate you choosing and trusting our Geek Squad to upgrade your car tech. Getting those upgrades is exciting, and I can certainly understand wanting to make sure that you can view it under your My Best Buy account. You should be able to view that through your My Best Buy account by signing in, navigating to the "Support" tab, then the "Service History" tab. From there, you can view your service, change your appointment, or even cancel it if needed. Please be sure that you are signed into the My Best Buy account that is associated with the services, based on the information that was given at checkout. If you were still not locating it, please let me know!
