I placed a same day delivery for Sunday, October 27th. The driver claimed they couldn't drop off the package (total crap as they could have handed it to the front desk) and it was returned to the store. This item still hasn't been refunded to the BB gift card I used for the order. Could someone fix that for me?

Thanks for reaching out, and I'm sorry to hear about this experieince. Same day shipping is awesome for when you need a product ASAP, but can't make it to the store. I'm sorry it didn't quite work that way in your case, and I'd love to see what I can do to make sure you get that refund.
