I found this forum while searching for the term "there was a delay in activation". I have had three orders canceled by Best Buy today and am feeling very frustrated. Each time, the item was stated to be in stock, and each time it was canceled after hours of waiting to be notified when I could pick it up.
Now the sale price is not showing up anymore. I'm wondering if this was bait and switch?
I called T-Mobile and there is no problem with activating an upgrade on my phone. I just need to switch the sim card from my current phone to the new phone and it's done!
I hope Best Buy will make good on the sale offer and show they were making honest representation.
