I ordered 3 different items from Best Buyover other places since I could get Same Day Delivery. I ordered the night before and was expecting them today before I went away for them week. Waiting all day and no updates and no way to contact anyone besides the crappy 800 number. Literally wasted an entire day only to have all of my orders delayed at the last hour with no new estimated ship date. I was going to just change oder to pick up but for some reason it won't allow me and then they were trying to charge me more for 2 day delivery that for same day. Finally my big gift I bought for my mother, a desktop, was delayed and I am unable to cancel the order or make any other changes. This is the worst service everas they dont delay your order with no explanation. Why even offer same day if you can't even fulfill what is paid for.
