I placed an order on 12/20 for same day delivery. The next day, 12/21 I called to check on my order and was told it would ship in the next couple of days. I'm sorry but that is unacceptable. I will no longer need it by that time. If I would have known that I would not receive it the same day I would have gone into a store to purchase it or selected something else alltogether. I was told that I could not cancel my order but that I could go into the store and buy a second one if I needed it today. Which to me is a ridiculous suggestion. I'm not going to purchase an item twice and then have to return the one I had shipped once it does finally arrive. Bottom line, if you are unable to guarantee same day delivery do not advertise that as an option. That is not only bad business but unethical.

Due to the overwhelming amount of holiday season posts, we are working as quickly as possible to respond to all of the messages we have received. I apologize for the delayed response.
I have used our Same Day Delivery as it’s meant to be convenient for busy moms like myself. I definitely understand where you’re coming from, as I more than likely need it when you say I’ll get it. However, I do know holiday delivery times may vary.
