Same Day Delivery - Never Received

I placed an order for a laptop and paid for same delivery which was to be delivered to me by 9pm on Sunday, March 11. I waited around and never received it nor did I receive an update as to why or any notification that there would be a delay. Had I known this would happen, I would’ve just did a pickup yesterday. This is truly frustrating. I have to work today so I don’t have the convenience to wait around. I tried to call customer service but received a recording saying it’s outside of business hours but the recording didn’t indicate what the business hours actually were. By far the worst customer service I’ve reveived in a while from any place. How do I get an actual information on my order so I can know how to proceed since I will be tied up at work? Thank you.

Still have not received my order...will never order anything from this company again

Unless you receive an email notifying you of an unexpected delay, customers should expect their order to arrive same-day if they pay for that option at checkout. Because of this, it’s concerning to hear your laptop still hasn’t been delivered, particularly so if is hasn’t even shipped yet. I’m not sure what is ultimately causing the problem nor why we wouldn’t have notified you; however, I appreciate you reaching out to us or further assistance.
