I made a purchase on Friday after the cutoff time for same day delivery and so was expecting my delivery on Saturday, Feb. 9th. Nothing came and on Saturday evening I received an email stating that there was a delay with my package with a new arrival date of Feb. 10th. It is Sunday afternoon and I have still not received my package. I called customer service today and was informed that the package had been picked up and would be delivered by Geodis. Best Buy has also sent an email saying my new delivery date is today, Feb 10th, with a tracking number. When I check the tracking number--it says "The delivery has been assigned" and that the expected delivery date is Saturday, Feb. 9th. When I attempted to call Geodis--their message states that they are not open Monday-Friday. I'm not sure if this means that they do not deliver on the weekend? I will be at work tomorrow and someone has to be at my hosue to sign for the package, so I want to make sure I know when the delivery will arrive.
