i bought a laptop on sale and i was charged the full price a couple days later. talked to customer service and the representative told me it was a glitch even though it said it was on sale in the confrimation email i received. I dont know what to do i think i'll contact customer service again but i dont think it'll be much help.

If it was a glitch. Best Buy would have some kind of documentation on their site, forums or perhaps in the in store signage. Also per the terms and conditions. Best Buy does not have to honor pricing errors and they are not eligible for price matching per the terms here
They also have the right to correct pricing without notice.
If you feel this is in error you can discuss this with a Best Buy moderator who will have the final say on this but again Best Buy does not have to honor any pricing in error.
