SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP ME! LOST MACBOOK NO SUPPORT

Hello!

 

I was supposed to receive my Macbook Pro on November 19, 2021. It is a $2700 item value.

 

It says delivered on 11/19 with my initials as the signature, BUT I DID NOT SIGN FOR IT.

 

I believe the driver faked my signature, stole it, or left it there to be stolen. Either way, I never got the package.

 

I've called Best Buy every day since then and FedEx everyday for an update on the lost package claim. Best Buy refuses to help at all because it was signed EVEN THOUGH IT WASNT BY ME. FedEx says to continue investigation, they need the shipper to file a lost package claim.

 

I am on the phone with the police right now, but no one is helping me. I am out $2700. 

 

Somebody HELP! There has to be insurance on this right?? Why is Best Buy refusing to file a claim?

You can get help from the mods here but a missing package claim has to be filed with the shipper which would be Best Buy. I am surprised you said that nobody helped you for a package claim. Please be aware that these forums are not meant for immediate help and you may encounter a delay in response.

 

If you have already spoken with Best Buy on other social media outlets it is suggested to continue the conversation there to make things more simplified and less confusing.
