I bought a "Apple" watch from there Eatontown NJ store back in July 22' and was to have the watch shipped to my place because they did not have it in stock...well I got an email from (best not buy) a day before I was going to pick up a mavric drone from that store, that the watch was delivered at "11:07pm"? The following day I went to pick up the 1k drone with no problems and by chance spoke to the gm of the store about the order for the watch...he wrote down the order number and told me to call "corporate". It's now Nov. 7th 22' and have no resolution, must of called them 40 times and now the newest scam they can come up with I have to fight with the third party shipper....REALLY!!! BEST NOT BUY!!!!!

I have a slightly similar situation in where they cancelled an order on me back on August 6th 2022 and still owe me close to $700.00 on an apple watch. I've called customer support about 40 times and all I get is them putting me on hold for 30 min and then they hang up. The watch was to be delivered to my place but was stolen form a third party vendor (delivery co.) it's employee "gig worker" and I never received it. I hope the gig worker enjoys the watch I bought him. Sad I can't receive a refund.

I'm going to speak to the GM of the Eatontown NJ store one last time tomorrow, you can contact him directly about my delemia with the non - refund situation.... If I dont't get resolution by end of day tomorrow with him, we will start to put together an advertising campaign with my team which will include (mobile billboards, signage) to let the local community be aware of "Best Buy" and the business practices instituted from the top of the management team. This campaign will cost $2400.00 but at that point the cost is not why we would move foward with the campaign. It's your teams's choice to resolve this Jakoma-BBY

I just found out yesterday when I spoke to "John" an asst. manager at the Eatontown NJ store that the apple watch was shipped by a third party vendor called "SHIPT" and that it is my responsiblity (the consumer) to retrive my money which they won't honor. You had months to investigate...Call the GM of the store tomorrow to get the info. Im done calling you guys. YOU CALL ME!!!!

I fully support @Jakoma-BBY In their response. They are corporate. The behavior that you are exhibiting on this forum is unacceptable given that Jakoma has tried to help you numerous times. If you want a resolution you should respond to them on these forums with the required information. If this cannot be done then there is nothing else they can assist you with. They have made a good faith effort.

I went to the Eatontown NJ store on this past Tuesday and the GM refunded me and gave me an $80 gift card for my troubles. Just wanted to let you know if your other team members were more responsive like the GM was I wouldn't have been so nasty. Someone needs to fix your customer care (phone line) before you lose another great ex-customer like I was.
