SIM Card wasn't activated before leaving the store.

I purchased a Cricket Activation kit from the best buy website and picked it up in store. When I attemptted to activate it today on I recieve the error: "We can't set up the SIM card associated with that ICCID number."


I know there was a hiccup when I picked it up and it wasn't originally marked as having been picked up. I'm guessing that it also didn't get activated properly before I left the store and now I can't use it until it is activated.
