I had ordered a dell inspiron laptopn on 17th April'19. At the time of ordering, it was clearly depicted that it would be delivered by 19th April / and also available for pick up from AIEA HI store. But on 19th April, I got in an email stating that that the shipment is delayed and delivery would be tried to be completed before 19th May (if stock available). I can't buy in the statement for two reasons : Even on 19th April, this product was available for pick up from AIEA HI store(immediate) and also for for free shipping /delivery by 23rd April. If it was a product shortage , how that would be possible ? 


Upon seeing this, i had contacted your chat support. The first offer from that team was that " can we cancel the order". When I insisted for the reason, they told me that it was technical issue due to which the order wasnt processed. They recommended me to call your helpline number. Then i called in the helpline number immediately and was upldated that there was no technical issue, but the shipment would be made before 19th May. This is totally absurd. Even when i am writing this email (21st April), i can see that the product is available for store pick up & delivery by 23rd April at an increased price. Still can't understand the reason for this ?
