Please help me. I ordered a new iPhone 14 Pro. I panicked and chose same day delivery but almost immediately regretted it because I found out same day used Roadie and not an actual legitimate delivery company. I called customer service to try to change to in store pickup but no luck. They said I would have to wait for the delivery since it was already in the system with Roadie.
Well, worst case scenario came true. I'd been waiting around all day refreshing the page and it was still stuck on "Packaging Your Item" with Roadie. I finally decided to call customer service and they weirdly gave me a tracking number for the package. I check it and apparently the driver came to pick up the package at 2:21 PM and then it says that "Delivery Cancelled, Package was Already Delivered" at 3:17 pm. This is EXTREMELY suspicious because obviously it was never delivered. No further package updates since then. I feel very confident that the driver just stole my package instead.
I had hoped to avoid this whole situation by picking it up in store but the worst case and probably predictable scenario happened. I tried calling customer support only to be told that everything was moving as normal in the system and to wait til end of day but they clearly weren't understanding the issue. Please help me with this.
