First of all, I've enjoyed shopping at Bestbuy online for the past year and never had any issues with them.
It was until Februarly 11, 2023 that they sent me a package using Roadie that I never received.
The status of the order has been stuck as "On the way to drop off" since then.

I contacted BestBuy support agents, and they told me I had to contact Roadie support to file a claim for the undelivered package. They also told me that they can't issue a refund unless they receive the items and there was nothing they could do to refund me.
Anyway, I contacted Roadie support and they said that the driver did not return calls and chats and it was a possible theft, so they gave me a claim form, but guess what; the claim form is supossed to be filled by the Gig Sender (BestBuy!) since it requires information only they have.
I did not choose Roadie as a carrier, it was a BestBuy decision and they should be the one sorting this mess not me!
I bought from BestBuy, not from Roadie. Period.
Now more than 3 weeks have passed since I was supossed to receive the order.
No refund has been issued and I've spent long hours of my life trying to have either party take responsability for refunding me my hard earned money. This has been the worst experience buying online in all my years doing so.
BestBuy need to step up and stop wasting valuable time of its customers chasing someone to hold accountable.
