I placed an order for the Ring Doorbell Pro w/Chime specifically because I wanted the free Echo Show 5 it came with. My order does not show the Echo device. It showed it in the cart, but not in the email I recieved. Called the Elite Plus 24/7 line and was told (by a machine) that it was outside normal business hours and call back later. How do I fix this?
