I recently plcaed an order for an iPad Pro however, I never receieved it so best buy sent me a replacement of it and it came yesterday. however, my mom bought me the iPad in store after it never came not knowing that Best Buy sent me a replacement through mail so I'd like to return the replacement iPad Pro that best buy sent me. However, it says that it's worth $0 on the return label.
Can someone please help me out with this? Thank you so much

You’re welcome to return the iPad via the pre-paid label within your Return & Exchange Promise. Once you’ve sent it back and the return has been processed, we’d be able to review your order for a refund.
