I appreciate you taking the time to write us about this order. I would be reaching out as well if I didn’t see my refund back on my account.
Per our Shipping Times and Cost section online it specifies the Title to Products, meaning you will need to address the package return with UPS. They can advise you of when the package was sent back and the tracking number for it.
Once you contact them, please private message me and let me know what they say, along with your order number, full name, phone number, and e-mail address connected to your BestBuy.com account. To send it, click on the “Private Message” button next to my signature.
