I ordered a Shark vacuum online and returned to a BBY store in Madison, WI., Instead of refund they ordered me another identical Shark vacuum which had the same issue! I called support they sent me a prepaid return label for UPS.
Tracking number {removed per forum guidelines}. Delivery confirmed at BBY Shepardsville, KY 1-31-20. I have not received a refund yet on my credit card or verification from BBY that I will receive one! On Feb. 6, 2020 I contacted BBY support again and a Vinson {removed per forum guidelines} told me not to be concerned, BBY will refund me within 1 billing cycle?? This doesn't feel right, please help! Order number {removed per forum guidelines}. Thank you!

I know whether I've ordered something or returning it via mail, I always keep a close eye on things to ensure they're delivered appropriately. With the return tracking information showing it was delivered Jan. 31, I would be wondering where my refund was as well!
