I returned an item on 7/31/19 but as of today 8/12/19 I still have not received a refund through paypal. I returned an item and I was supposed to get $751.22 back but still have not received it. I went to my Best Buy store numerous times and contacted online a few times but both of them said they cannot do anything. I've searched up this problem and I saw that many other users have had this problem as well. It's been 2 weeks and some places I see that it can take 30 days for Paypal to refund you but Best Buy says refunds are mostly processed in 24 hour. What can I do?

I always track all my transactions as well, so I understand wanting to make sure that your refund is processed through. Typically, when an item is returned, you should see the refund processed to the original form of payment within one billing cycle. If the item was returned through shipping carrier, that time frame will begin when we receive the product.
