As the title states, I returned an item 2 weeks ago using a prepaid return label provided by Best Buy using UPS as the shipping method. Two days after shipping it has been delayed up till now with no new scan updates. I contacted Best Buy who told me to contact UPS. UPS tells me to file a claim but I cant as I am not the one who created the label. After going back and forth for hours UPS tells me Best Buy has to initiate the claim as its in their contract and also becasue they created the shipment.
All I am looking for is some help on this. $500 is at stake here and if I truly knew what a horror this would be shipping it back I would have found a way to return this back to the store in person.

Exactly 1 month since returning the item, still lost in transit, still no refund. What else do I need to do to get this resolved? I did my part already and then some. I just want my money back or send the item back broke for all I care. This is not good customer service at all.
