So I returned an item I ordered (75' TV, was defective upon receiving) from Bestbuy.com with a prepaid label supplied by BestBuy.
UPS lost the package before it made it back to you.
UPS requires more information before they can continue the investigation into the lost package.
Since BestBuy is the shipper UPS requires BestBuy to handle the claim process.
I returned the item properly and it was lost by UPS at no fault of mine.
I would greatly appreciate it if the return can be processed before the UPS claim is resolved as it does not seem like anyone at BestBuy is willing or able to handle the UPS claim process.
The item is relatively expensive and I can't afford to wait. I just need my money back.
It has already been a week since the package was lost and I have yet to receive any communication from anyone either at UPS or at BestBuy.
