I returned a laptop that I ordered from BestBuy.com, and dropped it off weeks ago.
I dropped it off at UPS store and they have seem to have lost it.
Tracking hasn't been updated in a couple of weeks.
I tried to start a claim but I cannot since Best Buy created the label, so Best Buy must deal with it.
It would be nice to get a refund so I'm not out $800.
