Returned 32” TV never credited

This tv was returned. I heard the sharp beep of the gun. But I was never credited with the return.

Could the problem be in the computer on how the tv’s ID number was stored?

Usually refunds go back onto the form of payment within one billing cycle, which can vary between banking institutions. However, your refund should have gone back by now if the return was processed in May.
