Return to sender

I noticed the other day that my online order was asked to be returned to sender due to a verification error (got the email) I’ve been following the tracking and it was in the city over from me, so now I’m worried it will still be delivered, if that’s the case what do I do? Do I refuse delivery?

Re: Return to sender

There are some potential situations that can happen in this case. The first one, refusal,  would be in accordance with the return and exchange policy, once an item arrives back at the place of origin, a refund would be issued. A moderator who works at corporate would need to verify your account in Private Message and other details to make sure the return was processed properly.

The second one would be that if your account truly states its going to be returned to the sender and you do get the item, you can choose to keep the item, but Best Buy corporate mods would have to review your account to ensure that you get properly charged for this item (for loss prevention purposes obviously)

Re: Return to sender

Hi, Amml,

Thanks for reaching out to us here on Best Buy Forums. Our Super User, hockeycanuckjc, is correct regarding the return to sender and refund process.

I would be happy to look into your account and verify this information on your specific order. To get started, kindly send me a private message with your full name, phone number, and email address, along with your order number.

Happy to help on this!
