Return to Sender

Good morning,


I was expecting to receive the steelbook of 1917 yesterday but it didn't show up. When I checked the UPS tracking status it said:


"An emergency situation or severe weather condition has delayed delivery. / the package will be returned to the sender."


No UPS slip was left so I'm not able to change the shipping address. How does the "return to sender" process work? Will I receive a refund once you receive the item? I went ahead and reordered the item this morning to a new address and so if a refund is available, I would appreciate it.

Items ordered online have been stuck in Pre-Shipment for over a week.

I ordered some items on March 16 and as of today (March 27) they're still stuck in Pre-Shipment. The Best Buy chats are down and the call waittimes are insane. Just hoping someone can tell me where my package is...
