Return not fully credited

Ordered 2 Galaxy bud earplugs. Never took delivery packages were returned. Two pairs returned only one pair got credited. Packages were never in my possession why only one pair credited not two? I have called support but they don’t seem to be able to understand.

Not receiving a full refund for some ear buds that never made it to you is certainly not something that we want, and I'm happy to do what I can to try and help you out.
