I bought a 16" Macbook M1 Max, but I hate how heavy and bulky it is. I want to return it or exchange it, but I cannot find the manual. Will Best Buy still allow me to return it?

Items have to be complete in order to get a full return on your purchase. 

If you are missing anything they will still allow a return, but will deduct the value of the item that is missing from the refund amount. 

I'm not entirely sure a lost instruction manual would do much to affect it but if it signficantly contributes to the value of the laptop then you will be charged for that item.

Missing paperwork should not impact the value of the computer when you return it. If like the charger were missing when you went to return it, then you would likely be charged for that when trying to return the MacBook, but if it's just the paperwork. there should not be a charge for that.
