Hi,
i bought a sony headphone with order Number:{removed per forum guidelines} on 2 Sept for the total amount of 52.56 and i returned to the same store from where i picked up on 6 sep (i did not even open the box)BUT they return to me only 22.56 .
I do call the customer service and after waiting for hours they say go to the store.
I do go to the store again and they will tell me to call customer service.
your system JUST STOLE from me 30 $ for no reason !!!!!!

What model headphone was it?

 

Were there free items included that you did not return?

 

Why didn't you say something while you were in the store?

No free items.

in the store, they told me to call 8882378289 because i did request this item online.
I do call them, and after a good amount of time, they told me to go back to the store bcause they are the one whom received the item.
I went back on Sept 7 , and after a fight with them they told me that the remaining 30 $ should be back to your account by maximum Monday.

Today is Wed and NOTHING IS BACK TO MY ACCOUNT.

the Best buy system STOLE FROM ME 30 $ !!!!!
