Return has been delivered to Best Buy 7 month ago. BB refuses to credit the refund

Dear Corporate Best Buy! Email {removed per forum guidelines} BEST BUY Order number {removed per forum guidelines}. I am disputing a charge again made on 06/22/2020 for the amount off $228.86 and any late fees because the Best Buy have not processed refund yet. On June i have ordered apple watch serious 3 from Best Buy. I received it. The watch, like all others that i ordered previously, was not compatible with my old 6 iPhone. So, i shipped the apple watch serious 3 back in couple of days with the shipping label provided by Best Buy from UPS store located 12405 Venice Blvd 90066 tracking number is {removed per forum guidelines}. After 3 weeks or so (long time) i have received a strangely packaged box from Best Buy. When i opened the box, by the way the box was mine( i shipped the apple watch in that box),there were 2 huge tax books, that i never seen in my life with a letter from Best Buy saying that i send the wrong item back to them. Apple watch was gone somewhere and replaced with 2 huge tax books in the same packaging material that i send and a lot, a lot of tape covered with it. I made claims both with BEST BUY ( Claim #{removed per forum guidelines}) and UPS as well ( Claim #{removed per forum guidelines}). When i made a claim with UPS online, there was no option but only for Damage package, but instead of damage package the apple watch was gone and two tax books were send back to me from Best Buy Warehouse with these tracking number {removed per forum guidelines}. UPS told me to hold to the wrong package and that the UPS guy will come and pick it up. He did pick up the wrong items and send them back to Best BUY. If you compare the weight of the package that i send and the weight of the package that was send back from Best BUY are 1, 5 pounds different. It speaks a lot as a proof that i didn’t send those books and sent the apple watch back. I have done everything i could with Best Buy and UPS. I spend 6 months of my time, energy and nerves. I send the apple watch back in June and somehow it was lost somewhere or misplaced. I don't know. Please bring some clearance and peace of mind to me Corporate Best Buy . I want to forget about these whole accident. Please process the refund back or dispute it again, and make a new investigation.

Thank you for reaching out to us about your return. It is definitely not ideal to be working towards a solution for 6 months, and I can understand your frustration regarding this matter.

 

It is certainly an odd situation to get back an item that you did not send out for return. A stack of tax books is certainly not an Apple Watch! I do apologize for any inconvenience as a result of this, and I'd be happy to take a closer look to see what I can do to help.
