Ordered a tv from Bestbuy.com August 22, 2022. Was delivered on August 25. I have been sick and not able to put my new TV up. Finally have some help today, September 25. I open the box and the tv screen is broke. It had to be delivered this way. Since I am past the 15 days Best Buy is doing nothing to help me. I have all the packaging materials and box that it came in. I just want what I paid for. I don't understand why it is so difficult to get a new tv or my money back. I am really disappointed in Best Buy for not helping me with this.

Unfortunately Best Buy policy does not accomodate for being sick or other circumstances out of Best Buy;'s control. You may have to go through the manufacturers warranty for assistance.

In regards to a return or exchange of this TV, it sounds like the information you’ve been provided thus far is correct. In accordance with our Return & Exchange Promise, we’re unable to accept items that have been damaged or are not in like-new condition, nor are we able to accept items outside of their return/exchange period. As such, we’ll be unable to offer you a return or exchange of this TV. I realize this may not have been the answer you were hoping for, and I regret any further disappointment this news may bring.
