Hello,
We sent an Open-Box Apple MacBook Pro back for return that has a defective battery. The KY returns center sent it back needing the Mac to be factory reset. They sent paper work saying the return period was extended, however no shipping label to send it back. We need help getting a new shipping label please.

Returns are inconvenient enough, but to have them complicated in any way can be more than a little aggravating for sure.
You should be able to print a shipping label by visiting our Returns and Exchanges page under the section "How to return an item."

This option does not work for a second return. Do you have contact info for the KY Return center please?
