Hey guys, so I have asked about this policy and I keep getting different answers. I started a return request online for a monitor I bought, but I changed my mind after learning I can do exchanges. I couldn't cancel it and I still haven't gone to ups to return it. I wanted to know if it was possible to still take it in store and make the exchange there or just return it?
