Hi - I purchased a Oculus Quest from BestBuy - but the item came defective (multiple dead pixels). Ordinarily I would exchanged this for a working model, however considering this was bought in BestBuy (US) and I live in Canada. There is a logistics issue.
I have mailed in my Oculus (from Canada) but the refund is less the Sales Tax, Fees and Surcharges - why would this not be refuned back to me?
