Hi. I ordered a washer and a dryer on July 4. However, I decided to return them because they were not what I wanted. I called Best Buy customer service on Tuesday Jul 16 to schedule for a date of returning. It is July 23. The lady through the phone said Best Buy team will come to my house and take the item back. Can I ask for a receipt and a return comfirmation emails so I can have proofs for a refund? My order # is BBY01-805631440245. Thank you.
