Response needed ASAP

I have been trying since NOVEMBER 2020 to get resolution.

 

•Present case # {removed per forum guiidelines} is open and has not been responded to since 3/24/2021

 

previous cases #{removed per forum guiidelines} (2/19/2021) and {removed per forum guiidelines} (3/15/2021) have produced NO RESULTS either

 

Advise soonest.I am a very unhappy customer
